Since 1992 CMFN has collaborated with the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops’ Episcopal Liaison to Migrant Farmworkers to coordinate visits to migrant farmworkers throughout the country. Since 2009 Bishop John Manz, Auxiliary Bishop of Chicago, has served as the USCCB Episcopal Liaison to Migrant Farmworkers. Over the years, this annual visit to farmworkers has taken place in different Catholic Dioceses in the U.S.
- 2013 – Diocese of Birmingham, Alabama, in Tuscaloosa, Russellville, Boaz and Alberville
- 2012 – Diocese of Yakima, Washington, in George, Quincy, Wenatchee, Bridgeport, Mattawa, Vantage, and Kennewick, WA
- 2012 – Diocese of Toledo, Ohio, in Fostoria, Liskai, Fremont, and Willard, OH
- 2011 – Diocese of Pueblo, Colorado, in Grand Junction, Palisade, and the Northwest Regions, with a special focus on sheepherders with H2A visas
- 2010 – Diocese of Little Rock, Arkansas, in Jonesboro, Glenwood, Waldron, Danville, and DeQueen, AK
- 2009 –Diocese of Salt Lake City, Utah, in Ephraim, Midvale, Logan, and Wendover, UT
In collaboration with the Pastoral Office of People on the Move in the Archdiocese of Mexico City, CMFN has also coordinated annual visits of Mexican Bishops to farmworkers in the USA:
